Nepalese youth tennis team departed on Saturday to participate 14 and u-14 Asian junior tennis championship division one tournament going to be held at Bangkok, Thailand from 14th to 27th march. Maheswar Das Mool, General Secretary of All Nepal Lawn Tennis Assosation and Manoj Bikram Shah, treasurer (ANLTA)  present at farewell program organized by ANLTA. Parent DR. Jana Mathema also travelling with Nepalese players. Coach of Vietnam appointed by International Tennis Federation (ITF) will train Nepalese during tournament.

According to coach Surya Bhusan Bajracharya this is first time Nepal got sponsher from ITF. Grandslam Fund program is supporting Nepal for this tourney. Bajracharya added ANLTA started academy at 2007 A.D. This is the long way to success which first base was that academy.

Top four player got chance to participate at tournament going to be held at Melbourne, Australia this year latter. This is also path of junior fed cup and junior davis cup.
